Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene regulations we do not
offer returns or exchanges for any Levante hosiery, underwear, shapewear or one
pieces due to selection error or change of mind.

All socks, camisoles, slips and sleepwear can be returned if they
meet the returns criteria below.

Products being returned must be;

  • In their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed)
  • Intact with original tags/packaging attached

We are unable to accept returns if the product/s do not meet the returns criteria above.

What if I’ve received a faulty product?

Levante takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the
highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our
products, please contact our customer service team CustomerService@levante.com.au.
Where possible please include proof of purchase, a description of the problem
and a photograph showing issue/fault. Our Customer Service team will then
contact you to advise on the next steps.

How to return:

You must notify Levante of your intention to return or exchange your item/s.

Once a member of our customer service team has confirmed your return/exchange request
please send your return/s to:

How do I contact the customer service team?

Office Open Hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia)

9am and 5.00pm, Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight savings

Do I have To Pay for Postage?

If you are wishing to return a product for exchange or refund, you will
need to pay for the postage to return it back to us.

How will I be refunded?

All refunds are issued to the same tender as original purchase, please
allow up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Please note
original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Orders purchased through retailers/stockists.

For products purchased via another retailer or stockist, please contact the retailer or stockist directly for their return/exchange policy regarding your purchase. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for purchases made elsewhere.
